Digital Delivery

Digital photos will be delivered within 3-4 business days after your sporting event. Delivery timeline may vary based on:

You will receive an email notification with download instructions once your photos are ready. Photos are available for download for 30 days from the delivery date.

Download Responsibility

It is your responsibility to download and securely store your digital photos within the 30-day availability period. We recommend backing up your photos to multiple locations (cloud storage, external drives, etc.). After 30 days, photos may be archived, and a recovery fee may apply if you need to re-access them.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued except in the following circumstance:

If a player does not have any digital photos available because they did not participate in the photography session or were not photographed during their sporting event, a full refund will be provided.

To request a refund under this policy, please contact us at support@digitiyzemedia.com within 30 days of your purchase. All other sales are final.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Change of mind or preference
• Dissatisfaction with photo quality (subjective preferences)
• Failure to download photos within the 30-day availability period
• Technical issues on the customer's end preventing download

Photo Selection and Content

Digityze Media Sports Photography reserves the right to select which photos are included in each package based on professional judgment regarding photo quality, composition, and technical standards. We strive to provide the best possible images that capture the sporting event.

Payment Terms

All purchases must be paid in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Your credit card numbers are never stored on our servers, and we use advanced encryption technology to protect all transactions. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will honor the price at the time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the photography package.
